Hey a lot of people have been talking about the "orphaned art bill" recently, some people in panic, and some saying not to believe the hype. It would be easy for the people who want free art to start an internet backlash in favor of the bill, I'm not saying that I know for a fact that this is happening, but here is a level headed response to all of the people who think it is a harmless bill. I have nothing to do with the IPA, but I respect what they are doing.
I also can't see any way in which the bill would benefit artists in any way when it does come to the table.
